About Debbie
Debbie Shrimpton is a designer and illustrator based in Berkhamsted Hertfordshire.
Her freehand illustration style, attention to detail and fresh palette make her illustrations modern, fun, engaging and eye catching.
After obtaining a degree in Fashion Design at Nottingham Trent University, Debbie has 20 year experience working as a Fashion Designer providing Childrenswear clothing ranges, prints, graphics and illustrations for various large and small retailers.
Debbie created Debbie Shrimpton Illustrates during 2020 lockdown which has now become a thriving and rewarding business.
As a working Mum of two beautiful girls, Debbie created Debbie Shrimpton Illustrates as a diversification of her design talents in Lockdown. It seemed relevant to ‘keep it local’ and Illustrate some of the iconic landmarks of her local surroundings as well as illustrating commissions of loved lockdown homes.
Debbie Shrimpton Illustrates has now become an established business which has been a wonderful positive story to evolve from the pandemic.
